John Lentini began his career with BACO in 1997 as a Cabling Technician and advanced through the organization with dedication and proven leadership. Over the years, he has served as Lead Technician, Project Manager/Estimator, and Operations Manager, playing a key role in driving the company’s growth and helping establish BACO as a leader in telecommunications infrastructure.

He was promoted to President in 2009, became principal owner in 2022, and assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer in January 2023.

Outside of work, John is a devoted family man. He and his wife, Denise, have two children, Trevor and Riley. He enjoys traveling, attending sporting events, boating, and spending time at the beach, and he looks forward to eventually retiring in a warm, coastal setting.

Paul Murray began his career with BACO in 2001 as a Project Manager and has advanced through the organization by consistently demonstrating leadership, technical expertise, and a strong commitment to service. Over the years, Paul performed key roles including Lead Technician, Project Manager/Estimator, and Director of Operations, helping drive the company’s growth and strengthen its reputation as a trusted provider of telecommunications infrastructure.

In 2015, he became a partial owner and Vice President. He assumed the role of President in January 2023, where he focuses on operational excellence, developing talent, and delivering high-quality outcomes for customers and partners.

Outside of work, Mr. Murray is a dedicated husband and father. He and his wife, Kay, have one child, Tori. He enjoys traveling and spending time poolside, and he is a loyal fan of the Washington Commanders.
